Pasting URLs one at a time is fine for twenty products. It's miserable for five hundred, which is what the import is for.
How it works
- Open Import and download the CSV. It contains every product you track, with a column for each competitor your plan allows.
- Fill in the competitor URLs wherever you like working. Existing links are already filled in.
- Upload the same file back.
The export is the import template, so there is no column mapping step. Re-uploading an edited export is safe: anything already linked is left alone.
Matching
Rows are matched to your tracked products by handle first, then barcode, then SKU. If you are building the file from your own spreadsheet rather than our export, include a product_handle column, or a barcode or sku column.
Rows that do not match
If a row doesn't match anything, we tell you and skip it rather than guessing. Usually it just means you haven't added that product yet, so add it under Products and import again.
